GKOplus offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all of our products, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a return or exchange. If any products are missing or defective upon arrival, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the order and report any issues with the shipment within 7 days of receiving the package.
To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please contact us at the customer service phone number or email listed above with your order number to obtain approval. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number, and we will send you a FEDEX/USPS/UPS shipping label as well as instructions on where and how to send the return package. Please make sure to obtain approval and a Return Authorization Number before sending back your purchase. We are unable to track and accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims that we have not approved.
Returns & Exchanges for New Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with all original packaging, contents, and instructions included, so that it may be sold to another customer as is. After we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping to and from is not refunded.
Warranty Claims for Used Items
Previously installed products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are defective and fall within the warranty period indicated for that specific item. At GKOplus’s discretion, either a refund of the purchase price, repair, or replacement of the product will be made without charge. To start the return or exchange process for a defective product, please contact us at the customer service phone number or email listed above with your order number. Once processed, we will forward a FEDEX/USPS/UPS shipping label that you will use to send us the defective product in question. Our technicians will test the product and determine if the product is defective. When applicable, replacement product with be sent out within 5 business days.
Additional Information
If you require a large order, please order a sample of the products you are interested in first, so that you can check their suitability for your project before placing a larger order. A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns of products valued at $1000 or more.
Please use the shipping labels we provide you to send any products back to us. COD (Collect On Delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
