Warranty

Previously installed products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are defective and fall within the warranty period indicated for that specific item. At GKOplus’s discretion, either a refund of the purchase price, repair, or replacement of the product will be made without charge. To start the return or exchange process for a defective product, please contact us at the customer service phone number or email listed above with your order number. Once processed, we will forward a USPS/UPS shipping label that you will use to send us the defective product in question. Our technicians will test the product and determine if the product is defective. When applicable, replacement product with be sent out within 5 business days.
